We’re looking for an Associate Producer to support in-person recordings of Pop Up Conversations and related projects. This role is ideal for a student or emerging creative interested in production, storytelling, or arts media. You’ll support filming days and light production logistics, working closely with the Creative Director.

 

Responsibilities

• Assist with camera setup and basic operation

• Support audio setup and monitoring

• Help manage production flow on filming days

• Assist with light BTS capture when appropriate

• Support prep and wrap-up on shoot days

 

You Might Be a Fit if You:

• Are studying or early-career in film, media, or communications

• Are comfortable around cameras (DSLR or mirrorless)

• Are reliable, calm, and detail-oriented
